These Terms govern use of the Time4Kids parent app to manage child profiles, configure screen-time limits, and monitor educational progress.

1. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

• You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to create an adult account.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.

2. Permitted Use

You agree to use the app in compliance with law and these terms. You may not decompile, alter, misuse, or attempt unauthorized access to the service.

3. Parental Settings and Family Decisions

The app provides support tools, but final decisions regarding education, digital discipline, and screen permissions remain with the parent or legal guardian.

4. Subscriptions and Payments (If Applicable)

• Premium features may require a paid subscription.
• Charges, renewals, and cancellations are managed under the applicable app-store policies.
• Unless required by law, processed payments are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

All Time4Kids software, content, branding, design, and related elements are owned by SSSSTUDIOS or its licensors. No commercial exploitation license is granted beyond normal service use.

6. Service Availability

We may perform maintenance, fixes, or feature changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the service at all times.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access due to violations, fraud, security risks, or abusive use. You may also stop using the service and request account closure.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Time4Kids is provided "as is," without absolute guarantees of availability or specific outcomes.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by applicable law in the relevant jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights where applicable.

We may update these terms and publish the current version on this page. Continued app use after changes means acceptance of the updated version.
